WHY VANESSA BROOKS PILATES?

Pilates shouldn't break your bank! Vanessa Brooks Pilates offers affordable private Reformer Sessions on Oahu. You will be pleased to do something great for yourself without draining your wallet! Scheduling is very flexible and Vanessa allows rescheduling to accommodate Client's busy lives.

HOW IS VANESSA DIFFERENT FROM HER COMPETITORS?

Vanessa has a dancers background and earned a Dance Specialization Pilates certification through Body Arts and Science International. Her extensive knowledge of anatomy with her contemporary teaching style is approached with humor and encouragement. She also incorporates ballet and dance technique into the Pilates work. Vanessa pushes her clients to connect more fully to their body and it's abilities.

WHAT MAKES VANESSA UNIQUE?

Vanessa is always taking a cautious approach to the body to prevent injuries of the clients. She does this while also challenging them and helping them advance their Pilates repertoire. Vanessa has a keen eye for body alignment, form, and often includes functional movement into her workouts. She is also very adaptable, and has worked with people ranging in ages 12- 90 on a Pilates reformer. Vanessa is able to cater and adapt to each client's body, and their specific wants and needs.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT VANESSA BROOKS PILATES STUDIO?

Vanessa Brooks Pilates home studio is an inviting space equipped with windows for fresh air, and mirrors. There is off street parking for your convenience. The space is cleaned thoroughly and equipment is sanitized before and after every session.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Please bring a water bottle, personal towel, grip socks (optional), and a positive attitude.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Vanessa does not charge for nutritional guidance, she loves giving advice. However, if she feels that the conversations need more time and attention, then options can be discussed from there. She highly encourages a food diary before consulting with you!
